1929 – Fran was born in the Belvedere neighborhood of LA county east of Los Angeles
1933 – One of Fran’s earliest memories were of the Long Beach earthquake that was a rattling 6.4.
1936 – Brother Russell born January 8th
1943 – Brother Charles born December 4th
1947 –
Met Roy Hardison for the first time at Pat’s party on March 7th
First date with the dapper Roy Hardison April 5th
Roy took Fran to a birthday party at Jim Hinerman’s home on April 19th
Roy asked her to the Senior Prom at noon on the April 29th
Starduster’s Review with Roy on May 2nd
Night and Day movie with Roy on May 8th
Worked a Paper Drive with Roy and Jerry and Carol on May 20 and 21
Watched Roy run at the City Track Meet May 23rd
Attended Senior Prom with Roy on May 30
Roy came over to see me May 31st
Went to Ross’s with Roy June 6th

1947 – Made trip to Missouri to visit family with parents Elling and Nelli
1947 – Attended Fullerton Junior College while working for Sears Roebuck and Kurtzman Bros. Clothing as a bookkeeper.
1949 – Wedded to Roy Hardison in Huntington Park, First Baptist Church, Pastor Walter Pegg August 21st
1949 – Moved to and honeymooned in Berkeley, CA
1949 – Fran works in an office for McKesson. Roy’s attending University California at Berkeley in Entomology.
1950 – Moved to Modesto immediately after Roy’s graduation from U.C. Berkeley.
1951 – Gave birth to her first son Marty
1953 – Gave birth to her second son Bradley
1958 – Gave birth to her third son Steven
1961 – Moved to Three Rivers when Roy transferred to Lindsay Chevron Chemical office.
1963 – Moved to Fresno for District Representative for Chevron Chemical
1963 – Moved to Yuba City, CA . Roy’s promoted to branch manager in Yuba City Chevron Chemical office.
1965 – Moved to a newly built home in Yuba City on Starlite Lane
1971 – Returned to Modesto for a short time on Rockford Avenue. Promotion to Assistant District Manager.
1973 – Moved to Salinas to a large town house.
1976 – Roy transferred to Tokyo, Japan. Spent 8½ years in urban Tokyo living close to the Tokyo American club.
1984 – Transferred back to the USA and moved into a new home on Pacific avenue in Fresno. Roy now Regional Product manager.
1988 – Grand-daughter Karen, born on our anniversary August 21, 1988
2000 – Fran and Roy now retired, moved back to Modesto to be near their family
2009 – Fran was the recipient of a kidney transplanted at the Connie Frank Transplant Center at USCF.
2013 – Fran passed away on September 18
